Dealer Support E-Commerce (m/f)

What will you do:

• Answering questions and providing professional and high quality support to our dealers;
• Review dealer applications;
• Manage and resolve technical issues related to website functionality and online connections (API);
• Assist in setting up and managing product catalogs on dealer websites;
• Monitoring the performance of dealer web shops and providing advice for optimization.

What do you bring:

• Minimum college level of work and thinking;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial position;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, any additional language is a plus;
• Technical knowledge and strong affinity for online sales activities;
• Good communication skills;
• Enthusiasm and a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude;
• You preferably live in Heerhugowaard or the surrounding area.
