Account Manager E-Commerce (m/f)

What will you do?

As Account Manager E-commerce you are the first point of contact for our webshop customers. You make sure that they get the most out of their webshop, while at the same time ensuring that the set-up and working methods are fully in line with our company standards. You switch effortlessly between commercial advice, technical coordination and customer relations. Your job responsibilities:

• 🔍 Assess and advise both new and existing webshop customers
• 🧭 Guide onboarding of new web shops from A to Z.
• ✅ Monitor web shop performance, content and customer accounts
• 📞 Liaise with customers on order status and webshop management
• 🤝 Collaborating with external parties for maintenance and integrations
• 🔗 Linking content to the website, controlling and ensuring a consistent look and feel
• 🚀 Optimizing SEO and improving online visibility

What do you bring:

• Proactive attitude and decisiveness
• Technical knowledge of APIs, webhooks and web shop platforms, among others
• Independent and communicatively strong
• Minimum college level of work and thinking;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial position;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, any additional language is a plus;
